Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Taymax Group. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a positive member experience by greeting members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members.
- Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily assigned tasks, helping complete priority cleaning lists, and performing walk-around and bathroom checks.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.
Physical Demands
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
