Member Services Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Taymax Group. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive member experience by greeting members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members.
  • Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including completing daily assigned tasks, helping complete priority cleaning lists, and performing walk-around and bathroom checks.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.

Physical Demands

  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
