Club Operations Manager

Job Summary
The Club Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness center, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members. This role is responsible for leading a team of employees, managing customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members
• Manage customer service, ensuring exceptional experiences for members and guests
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including facility upkeep and maintenance
• Oversee scheduling and staffing, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and motivating management style
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness industry
• Strong leadership, team building, and coaching skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
