As an Onsite Supervisor at Indeed Flex, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a customer's facility, ensuring seamless service delivery with the support of an Onsite Manager. This role may involve working on a hub-managed account where recruiting occurs at the hub or client site.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide and analyze reports on Indeed Flex bookings and activities, supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to drive business growth.
- Facilitate new hire recruitment, orientations, and pre-training for Flexers to ensure a smooth transition to assignment.
- Manage and oversee daily timekeeping processes, ensuring payroll and invoice accuracy.
- Liaise between Indeed Flex's internal stakeholders and customers, working closely with clients and Flexers to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Perform quality control functions, tracking Flexer attendance, productivity, and job performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with Indeed Flex operations, systems, and employee record requirements, adhering to customer agreements for background checks, drug screening, billing, and other terms.
- Enter and maintain accurate and timely account and Flexer information in the operating system.
- Support Indeed Flex Safety requirements and participate in customer safety programs, ensuring employees follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Develop and implement employee programs and activities to improve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as absenteeism and turnover.
- Communicate regularly on account status to the Indeed Flex leadership team.
- Support the Onsite Manager in completing and facilitating quarterly partnership review meetings with customers and the Indeed Flex team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of technology and its applications in a business setting, including Google Workplace, Slack, Salesforce, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent customer service and technical support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences via email, chat, and phone channels.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage workload and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Android and Apple OS mobile operating platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and support effectively with Flexers, clients, and internal teams.
- A passion for technology enablement and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- A curiosity to seek out new ways to utilize or improve technologies, systems, and processes to benefit the entire team.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- An excellent customer service mindset, with the ability to deliver outstanding experiences even in challenging situations.
As an Onsite Supervisor at Indeed Flex, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
