Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to leaders across the firm on sensitive and high-stakes associate relations matters.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform and influence business decisions that impact associates.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to Associate Relations colleagues to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Represent the Associate Relations function on division and firm initiatives to drive strategic priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with 2 years directly in employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors.

Hiring Minimum: $81,750

Hiring Maximum: $139,194
