Job Summary:
The Community Counseling Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities Management to oversee the maintenance and janitorial services for all facilities owned or operated by the organization. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of staff and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and custodial staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations.
- Coordinate services and develop work and task schedules.
- Work closely with the administrative team and supervisors on projects and concerns.
- Visit all sites regularly to evaluate facility needs, potential risks, improvements, etc.
- Oversee purchases and assist with Accounts Payable requests.
- Ensure required external inspections are completed timely and perform preventive internal and external inspections on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement a center-wide plan for Maintenance and Custodial Services.
- Serve as a member of the facility on-call list and respond to maintenance emergencies and repairs.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience providing services at multiple locations.
- Working knowledge and skills in all areas of facility maintenance and custodial services.
- Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and commitment to quality services.
- Experience in a work order management system.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of staff and external partners.

We are an administrative agent for the Missouri Department of Mental Health and provide a full array of comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families residing in our five-county catchment area.
