Customer Executive Job Description

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including General Office and KMA teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute customer-specific growth strategies, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Lead the customer selling team in the development and implementation of strategic priorities.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the CPG/DSD industry.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
  • Proven track record of sales results, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Ability to lead with and without direct authority, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
