Job Title: Community Reinvestment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Reinvestment Specialist to join our team at Northwest Bank. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop relationships with community organizations and commercial lenders to improve community development lending.
- Manage day-to-day interactions and relationships with business units.
- Work with management to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports on CRA performance, including grants, low-to-moderate income lending, and consumer complaints.
- Assist in managing CRA performance examinations with regulators.
- Ensure document and data integrity.

**Requirements:**
- 5-6 years of community banking experience preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills preferred.
- CRCM certification or equivalent required.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
