Job Overview: CRA Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced CRA Program Manager to lead our Community Reinvestment Act program at Northwest Bank. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement CRA strategies to improve community development lending.
- Manage relationships with community organizations and commercial lenders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including the CRA, ECOA, FHAct, FCRA, HMDA, SCRA, TILA, and UDAP.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of CRA initiatives.

**Requirements:**
- 5-6 years of experience in community banking, preferably in a compliance role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
- CRCM certification or equivalent required.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
