Beef Shoppe Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beef Shoppe Manager to join our team at Lowes Foods. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our meat department operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of meat department associates to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales and productivity goals.
- Manage the daily operations of the meat department, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed to meet company standards.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking.
- Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a meat department or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Knowledge of meat products and department operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
