Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Noll Human Resource Services. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process multi-state payroll processing, including overtime, garnishments, deductions, bonuses, and other complex payroll calculations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of timesheets and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks to employees in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation, including compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using Workday payroll software.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience as a payroll clerk or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws, garnishments, tax regulations, and FLSA.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
