Counter Sales Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Counter Sales Specialist - Automotive Parts to join our team. As a Counter Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our parts department. This includes receiving and processing all parts orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401K plan, paid time off, and growth opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process all parts orders
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with creating bin locations for new stock
- Notify customers on parts arrival
- Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
- Process accessories and shelving them
- Prepare items for returns and shipping
- Separate orders for each dealership
- Deliver parts to a second location
- Perform light Forklift duties
- Process Warranty scrap
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
