Role Overview: Concierge

The Concierge plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through outstanding customer service. As one of the first points of contact for guests, this position is vital to ensuring a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Warmly welcoming guests with a genuine smile
  • Offering information and assistance regarding local attractions and hotel amenities
  • Coordinating reservations for guests at both the resort and external venues
  • Accurately documenting guest requests and following up as needed
  • Familiarizing oneself with daily arrivals and scheduled group activities
  • Maintaining open communication with the Reception and other departments regarding guest needs
  • Ensuring proper logging and delivery of incoming and outgoing packages
  • Overseeing the scheduling of the Hotel Driver and arranging guest transportation with our contracted vendors

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: College degree
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service roles
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional skills in guest recovery
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to integrate company values in all interactions
  • Quick adaptability to new software applications
  • Dependable and available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, approximately six hours, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching. This role necessitates manual dexterity, including grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
