About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialty Coatings Sales Specialist to join our team at Entegris. As a key member of our Material Solutions business, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth in the Electrostatic Chucks and coatings business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve business processes
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, with experience in the semiconductor industry preferred
  • 3+ years of sales coordination experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Ability to work onsite at our Bedford, MA factory
  • Solution-driven and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to build customer relationships and trust
