Job Summary

The Arkansas Government Job is seeking a skilled Program Eligibility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for determining client eligibility, obtaining client information, and coordinating services with providers.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with clients, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine client eligibility for social programs and services
  • Obtain and review client information to assess needs and develop case plans
  • Coordinate services with providers to ensure seamless delivery of programs
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providers, and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field
  • One year of experience in determining eligibility for social programs and/or agency resources
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
