Job Title: Regional Manager

At The Salvation Army Eastern Territory, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Extension Programs team, you will be responsible for leading fundraising efforts, managing Service Units, and providing support to staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead fundraising efforts for Service Units in collaboration with Community Relations & Development (CRD)
  • Monitor and manage Service Extension Programs within the assigned region
  • Recruit, train, and develop committee chairs, members, and volunteers
  • Visit all Service Units and provide support and resources as needed
  • Develop and implement new programs and identify systemic improvements
  • Attend local and regional meetings, including United Way and community service groups
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree preferred, with at least 3 years or more of related work experience
  • Active in local Community Service Organization and/or Church Organization
  • Must establish and maintain a dedicated office at home, preferably within counties assigned in South-Central/Eastern PA
  • Must be willing and able to travel and have a valid driver's license with approval to drive a Salvation Army vehicle
  • Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153
