Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to work with a school district in Hamburg, New York. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results. You will evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services, collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals. You will work collaboratively and communicate with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardians. The schedule follows the school district calendar, and you will provide occupational therapy services according to student IEP. Assigned schools may include various grade levels, and you may be asked to travel between school locations.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • New York Occupational Therapist License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
