We are currently in search of a part-time Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Port Charlotte Auto Retail Inc. In this capacity, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clientele, delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative assistance across various departments, including Finance and Accounting.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Answering and routing incoming calls
  • Processing cash and card transactions
  • Assisting with document organization and filing
  • Conducting scanning and data entry tasks
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our showroom

The ideal candidate will present themselves well, demonstrate a keen attention to detail, and possess proficiency in utilizing computers and office equipment, particularly Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous but not mandatory. This role represents an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals aspiring to embark on a career path and advance within our organization. The position offers a flexible schedule with a maximum of 20 hours per week, which may include weekend shifts.
