part-time Administrative Support Specialist at our automotive dealership.

In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative assistance to various teams, including Finance and Accounting.

Your duties will encompass managing and routing phone calls, processing cash and card transactions, aiding in document organization, scanning, data entry, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our showroom.


The ideal candidate will present themselves well, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be adept in utilizing computers and office equipment, particularly Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in an office setting is advantageous but not mandatory. This role offers a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to begin their career and advance within our dealership.
