Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at MLP Management, LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our luxury community in Kansas City, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the community's appearance and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose and repair minor and routine maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure timely completion of rent readies and make readies
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
  • Manage inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
  • Adhere to company safety policies and rules

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family industry
  • EPA Certification is a plus
  • CPO Certification is a plus
  • Class A maintenance experience is a plus
  • Availability for on-call duties is required
