Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to help maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic manufacturing and packaging machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with conveyors, frequency inverters, blow molding, injection molding, and extrusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve problems.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment according to prescribed schedules and procedures.
  • Work on various equipment such as electric drive motors, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic systems, VFD controls, pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, and all safety related aspects to create a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills, with experience working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Experience with conveyor systems, frequency inverters, and molding machines.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic schematics, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting equipment performance.
