Job Summary

Kelly-Hill Company is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Railroad Maintenance Specialists. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our rail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties, including track construction and maintenance, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as backhoes and track-hoes, to maintain and repair rail tracks.
  • Participate in team safety meetings and report any equipment or tool damage to supervisors.
  • Comply with railroad and site-specific safety and operating rules.
Requirements
  • Previous construction experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Must have a working knowledge of hand tools and be able to work in adverse seasonal conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work at heights.
  • Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
