Position Overview: As a Nursing Unit Supervisor, you will be accountable for delivering compliant, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction for patients, families, and staff within your designated unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage for safe patient care.
- Provide professional guidance and oversight to non-professional unit personnel.
- Assess educational needs of the staff and coordinate training initiatives with the Nurse Educator.
- Oversee medication management to guarantee sufficient supplies and compliance with company policies.
- Deliver direct patient care alongside other nursing staff to maintain clinical competencies.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
