We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nursing Supervisor at Casa Real Center in Santa Fe, NM. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and promote safe, 24/7 nursing care.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred.
  • One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
