As a key member of our Genesis HealthCare team, the RN Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for leading and guiding the clinical operations of our nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of our care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, with an emphasis on limiting overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university, and hold current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
