Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of quality leadership experience in an acute care setting.
  • Familiarity with California regulations and quality/utilization review.
  • RN required; Master's degree preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $144K–$198K annually, depending on experience.
  • Potential for a sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.
