Job Opportunity at Burlington

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Shortage Control Lead at Burlington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate theft and fraud in high-risk areas of the store.
  • Train and develop Shortage Control Associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collect and document indicators of external theft and share findings with store and field leaders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in areas of the store with the highest risk for shortage.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
