We are seeking a skilled Filling Machine Operator to join our production team at Doherty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our filling machines to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate and set up CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures to maintain a clean and organized work area
* Monitor and operate filling machines to maximize product quality and departmental efficiency
* Perform routine maintenance on filling machines, collaborating with Maintenance and Management
* Relieve other production team members for breaks and absences as needed
* Conduct quality checks, including weight, machine, sterility, and package integrity checks, to ensure standards are met
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties with equipment
* Prepare and complete all required area paperwork with legible handwriting, adhering to FDA requirements

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
