Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly to patrons.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of menu selections and articulate preparation methods.
  • Adhere to alcohol service regulations and promote responsible consumption.
  • Input orders accurately into the Point of Sale system.
  • Provide outstanding service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present the bill to customers.
  • Complete necessary paperwork at the end of each shift.
  • Assist in organizing and preparing the dining area.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school or equivalent educational experience.
  • Certification in health and alcohol awareness.
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Capable of bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping as needed.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
