We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in medical staff services and hold one or both certifications: CPCS or CPMSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medical staff functions, including credentialing support, focused and ongoing professional practice evaluations (FPPE/OPPE), continuing medical education processes, expirable tracking and verification processes, and general office support.
- Support committee meetings and maintain strict confidentiality of records.
- Ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and pertinent policies.
- Maintain knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS standards, Title 22 regulations, and case law relevant to Medical Staff Services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MD-Staff software and Microsoft Office.
- Solid organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
