Job Title: Medical Staff Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in medical staff services and hold one or both certifications: CPCS or CPMSM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate medical staff functions, including credentialing support, focused and ongoing professional practice evaluations (FPPE/OPPE), continuing medical education processes, expirable tracking and verification processes, and general office support.
  • Support committee meetings and maintain strict confidentiality of records.
  • Ensure compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and pertinent policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS standards, Title 22 regulations, and case law relevant to Medical Staff Services.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MD-Staff software and Microsoft Office.
  • Solid organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
