Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Center's staff and volunteers
    • Develop and implement effective management practices to ensure the Center's goals and objectives are met
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of the LGBT community
    • Ensure that all programs and services are aligned with the Center's mission and vision
  • Fundraising and Development
    • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure financial resources for the Center
    • Build and maintain relationships with donors, funders, and other stakeholders
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the Center's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing
    • Ensure that the Center's financial resources are used effectively and efficiently
  • Human Resources
    • Develop and implement effective human resources practices to ensure the Center's staff and volunteers are equipped to meet the needs of the LGBT community
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the Center's staff and volunteers
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, non-profit management, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Proven leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
    • Strong financial management and fundraising skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
