- Engage with clients via phone to assist them in securing legal representation after their consultation with an attorney.
- Address client concerns, such as budget or timing, and guide them towards making informed decisions about the services they need. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Consistently follow up with leads in a compassionate manner to facilitate their decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound sales strategies and partnerships with other legal firms to attract new cases.
- Organize documentation and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline the onboarding of new clients and manage existing client files.
- Maintain an up-to-date client database to ensure the sales team has access to current lead information.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on key performance indicators and sales metrics to ensure sales objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong sense of empathy.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Proven track record of managing daily activities with precision, focusing on priorities and consistently achieving performance goals.
- Confidence gained from overcoming significant life challenges, enabling meaningful conversations with hesitant clients.
- Familiarity with the sales process and experience using CRM software.
