Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Enhancement:
Focus on strengthening strategic alliances within the government and education domains, utilizing existing networks while actively pursuing new opportunities.
Estimation Leadership:
Serve as the primary estimator for all affiliate cross-selling and projects related to government and education.
Project Management:
Collaborate with internal teams from the initial quote through to payment, ensuring that deadlines are met and leading to outstanding customer satisfaction.
Cross-Selling Strategies:
Work in close partnership with our affiliate collaborators to identify and implement cross-selling strategies, executing targeted sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies, educational institutions, and affiliated organizations, acting as the main point of contact for their business requirements.
Collaborative Team Engagement:
Partner with internal departments, including operations, marketing, and project management, to align business development efforts with overall company goals and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
Performance Optimization:
Regularly assess and analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and tactics, making necessary adjustments to enhance performance and drive sustainable growth.
Other duties may be assigned to support a growing team.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of experience in inside sales
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and challenging atmosphere, demonstrating trustworthiness and respect for confidentiality.
