Job Title

At Translation Excellence, we are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our dynamic team in the language services industry.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced sales professionals who can drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities within the language services industry through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their language service requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and managing any issues or escalations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the language services industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills highly desirable.
