About This Role: The Administrative and HR Professional will play a critical role in supporting the operations of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the division director and division chief of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
  • Manage complex faculty schedules/calendars as needed to include clinical activities and administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist the division chief and medical students with travel by booking airfare, hotel, and rental cars when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional level experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and be flexible, with strong organizational and time management skills.
