Job Title: Healthcare Services Pharmacist

Walgreens is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Services Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare services team, you will play a critical role in providing clinical services to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services to patients, including immunizations and MTM interventions.
  • Ensure the use of all elements of the Good Faith Dispensing policy in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance patient experience and promote the shift of the Walgreens pharmacy role from transactional to interpersonal.
  • Maintain current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations to provide such clinical services.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in retail and management, pursuing best practices to enhance performance.

Requirements:
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

The current salary range for this position is $45.55 per hour - $64.35 per hour, and the actual hourly salary will depend on a variety of factors, including geography, skills, and experience.
