As a Sales Operations Coordinator at FST Logistics, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, researching potential leads, and updating the CRM system to find the best way to meet the changing needs of the market. You will also be responsible for generating new leads for FST, both in Transportation and Warehousing, and aim to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and research potential leads
- Update the CRM system to find the best way to meet the changing needs of the market

- Convert outbound dialing leads into qualified appointments and pass them on to the Sales Team
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated by the Marketing team
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in trade show preparation
- Act as an ambassador for the business and promote the FST brand both over the phone and in person
- Use company databases to gain potential leads and be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers and deal with customers in a professional manner that aligns with our brand values
Requirements:
- Live FST Traits of Reliable, Responsive, Adaptable, Passionate, and Innovative
- Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
- Preferred B2B or B2C sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Upbeat and organized with excellent verbal and written skills
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You must be financially motivated, energetic, and reliable with a hunger to succeed
- An interest in the Supply Chain and the Transportation industry, and a genuine passion for sales
- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following: Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM, and Social Networking (LinkedIn)
