Job Description

URSROBOT, Inc. is a leading force in the world of robotics, specializing in Automated Mobile Robots (AMR) that redefine the way we interact with technology.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales and margin of the company's products and/or services.

Your primary focus will be face-to-face selling and account management activities to meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop target customer list, work with sales and marketing teams to execute sales plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Become an expert in robotic technology and become competent to demo and sell the technologies.
  • Travel to appointments to demo, meet and negotiate deals with potential customers, end users, business partners, dealers within your territory.
  • Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Provide weekly written recap on sales pipeline inside CRM sales system.
  • Sales channel (dealers) management
  • Stay informed on industry-specific trends and landscapes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years in outside sales (outdoor power equipment, agriculture or construction equipment is a bonus).
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
  • Competency using a sales CRM tool like SalesForce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Understand brand sales or have dealer sales experience are preferred.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able and willing to lift 70 pounds multiple times per day to demonstrate a product.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

  • Past experience working in a start-up and has a fearless can-do anything work attitude.
  • Can work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Compassionate, fast-learner, good listener, and patient to work through business challenges with co-workers in Taiwan and US.
  • Willing to travel.

Compensation Package: Base salary range of $75,000-$95,000; performance bonus up to $30,000 for a total earning potential of $125,000, plus gas allowance and business expenses paid.
