While having a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential is advantageous, we are committed to offering RBT training and exam preparation for driven candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement skill development and behavior modification strategies as outlined by the BCBA in diverse environments including clinics, homes, and community settings.
  • Adhere to behavior plans, personalized treatment protocols, and reinforcement schedules as established by the BCBA.
  • Collect and accurately document data through direct observation.
  • Facilitate the teaching of specific behavioral skills as indicated in treatment plans.
  • Complete timely and precise treatment documentation.
  • Deliver behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges.
  • Maintain open communication and uphold professional boundaries.
  • Incorporate feedback from supervisors to enhance professional growth.
  • Assist behavior analysts in preparing client-related materials.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 Background check.
