Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to individuals aged 2-21, and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses, and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.
This role requires extensive travel throughout Brevard County for in-school and in-home settings.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to BHCOE and BACB standards.
- Develop and implement assessment and treatment plans.
- Create comprehensive programs and teaching plans using Central Reach.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to ABA therapists.
- Design and facilitate on-the-job staff training and program modeling.
- Collaborate with parents and families to provide training and support.
- Establish and track measurable goals and objectives.
- Develop curriculum, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and RBT trainings.
- Utilize various assessments, including Vineland III, PBBDI, FAST, and others.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide sole services as needed.
- Supervise BCBA students to facilitate direct and indirect hours.
- Meet or exceed billable expectations.
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Proficiency in writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of BACB ethics and policies.
- Basic computer application knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Participation in ongoing continuing education and professional development (CEUs are provided).
- Capacity to work with clients who exhibit high levels of aggression.
- The ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods (30 minutes or more).
- The ability to assume and maintain various postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds for 1/3 of working time.
