We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team in Mathis, TX. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health education and training to family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • Reliable transportation
