Job Description:
Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for a skilled Community Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in advancing the organization's commitment to community development and financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to improve CRA performance and develop strategies to address gaps.
- Engage with regulators and internal auditors for CRA-related evaluations and ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate with business lines and risk management to ensure effective CRA program implementation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a regulatory examiner or manager in CRA compliance preferred.
- Expert knowledge of the CRA and all its technical components preferred.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on qualifications and location.
