Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Communication Specialist to support our team in providing exceptional speech therapy services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality care to individuals of all ages.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to embark on a rewarding career journey. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years experience in speech therapy, with a strong background in communication sciences and disorders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP to address various communication challenges.
- Work closely with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and make a positive impact on the lives of others. With a salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience, you will be well-compensated for your expertise and dedication.
