Communications Specialist

Santa Fe, NM is home to Jet Health Inc., a dedicated provider of high-quality home health care services. We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist PRN (per diem) to contribute to the rehabilitation and well-being of our patients.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will provide therapeutic techniques for patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well-being and participating in the coordination of care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ongoing clinical assessments, including OASIS assessments, to identify patient needs and determine level of functioning
- Develop and evaluate the plan of care in partnership with the patient, their representative, and caregivers
- Provide therapeutic treatments for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using appropriate tests and measurements
The successful candidate must have a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university. A current State License in Speech-Language Pathology is also required, along with one year of experience in an acute care, rehabilitation setting, or home health.
