Key Responsibilities:
Guest Engagement
- Welcome and guide guests to their accommodations. Manage and transport guest luggage efficiently. Familiarize guests with room features and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Deliver packages, messages, and in-room gifts as needed.
- Conduct inspections of the parking area.
- Ensure the security of all vehicles on the premises.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell stand.
- Accurately manage the guest service log and associated documentation.
- Prepare for group arrivals and departures, including baggage handling.
- Possess knowledge of life safety systems, including alarms and sprinkler systems.
- Monitor pedestrian traffic and conduct regular patrols of public areas and guest floors.
- Report any safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform light maintenance tasks in the absence of the maintenance team.
- Replace light bulbs to ensure proper lighting.
- Understand the operation of air conditioning, heating, electrical, and plumbing systems in guest and public areas.
- Assist the Front Desk with phone inquiries, directions, and taxi arrangements.
- Support housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
- Set up and break down meeting spaces as directed.
- Maintain communication via radio as required.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
