Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage patient wait times, complete check-in and check-out tasks, and ensure accurate insurance verification
  • Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, and issue receipts as needed
  • Process walk-in patients and visitors, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
