Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex sorting and decisioning of non-standard or rejected transactions
  • Use reports and processing audit trails to identify and resolve issues
  • Work with high-speed and moderate to complex client handling equipment
  • Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning
  • Meet department standards for accuracy and productivity
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Computer skills and ability to read and make decisions
  • Ability to work well independently and with others on work for all clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves
