Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Community Relations to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our community partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Community Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with local community centers, hospitals, and other referral sources.
- Public Relations: Represent the facility at community events and promote our services to the public.
- Sales and Marketing: Conduct face-to-face sales calls to qualified referral sources, develop pre-call plans, and utilize the impact sales process to obtain referrals.
- Event Planning: Participate in the planning and coordination of facility events, such as seminars, where referral sources are invited to attend.
- Collateral and Promotional Materials: Appropriately use and incorporate collateral and promotional materials during customer interactions.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Experience: Sales experience, particularly in healthcare services, products, or pharmaceuticals is desirable. Familiarity with long-term care and/or healthcare services useful.
- Travel: Travel required to local community centers and hospitals.
