Desktop Support Specialist

AA2IT is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining Dell laptop/desktop PCs, as well as providing excellent customer service to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Dell laptop/desktop PCs
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Collaborate with management to ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
1.5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
A+/Dell/Lenovo/Mac certifications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
