About the Role

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and complete forms and applications as required.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with incoming requests and outbound notifications for new services and products.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working overtime hours when business needs require it.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
