We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Participate in sales promotions and events, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Physical Requirements
